While in law school I clerked in a small law firm doing general law practice. Then, I practiced in the Cook County, Illinois State's Attorney Office doing medical malpractice defense for the Cook County Hospitals.
After leaving law school, I worked for Bank of America in their private bank department doing transactions for private bank clients. Then I took my real estate and estate planning experience to the University of St. Thomas where I began as a contract attorney in the Planned Giving Department, eventually moving to the Director of Operations and Compliance. After eight years, I moved to the Greater Twin Cities United Way and eventually to Habitat for Humanity.
In 2013 I took my last position at Make-A-Wish MN as Vice President of Development. I currently have a very active law office doing estate work/planning, real estate and business law, including nonprofit consulting. I love to be able to help people with their legal issues and it easier for families and individuals to accomplish their personal goals.
